Stayed there late Dec 2024 and checked out new year. The place is lovely has a lot of potential, but the management need to equip the lean staff. Like for room service and waiters/waitresses, they were few and overwhelmed for the busy festive season. Construction ongoing... The service is POOR and though the staff are pleasant and striving to do more, they're few and overworked. Perhaps consider hiring part time staff to fill this gap in the busy seasons. The family rooms were decent and adjoining, but small small housekeeping things that were missing after clean up and quite irritating.... The room supervisor ought to provide a checklist for housekeeping staff, not for clients to keep on calling asking for soaps, slippers, shower-caps towels, leaking sinks, trash cans and such that take forever to come or fixed. The meals are very lean and poor selection. It was a total rip-off for the kind of cash families spend to stay there. Consider having a diverse spread of cuisine to offer alternatives. No brewed coffee in breakfast menu, you order from adjacent coffee shop at a cost... and the barrister comes late... I went without coffee for a couple of days! Gave this feedback to the salt and pepper restaurant manager. all he could do was sympathize with my lack of having something decent to eat from the lean selection. It is more of a day resort for area families. Pool so full and service crap for those paying to enjoy quite amenities, please consider other alternatives... Like on 31st Dec, food orders took 3 hours, and it was paltry badly roasted chicken and fries... pizza sold out.. it was few waiters taking orders... Not advisable to stay there. Stay elsewhere and if you must, take kids to swim as a day guest.

Nice resort offering a large swimming playground / pool and serving many fresh cooked meals. Staff is exceptional friendly and helpful. We had an entertaining chat with Brendu, how told us a lot about the place here and learned us a few Swahili expressions. Highly recommend for everyone seeking a peaceful and charming place.

Just be be careful when purchasing tickets for program organizing with this hotel. I purchased 3 VVIP Tickets for their New Year 2025 Celebration with my family. It was poorly organized, not seats for VVIP tickets holders, poor waiter and waitress service, forget about the food because nothing left, we have to leave the venue at 10.30pm and look for another hotel in town to celebrate the new year. So it was a total rip-off!

The pillows are the fluffiest ever, the food was perfect and Brendu was sure that we got all the delicacies, we appreciate the Rooms reception as well for their quick response to our calls, the cleaning team in the rooms all the way to the pools thumbs up. A perfect getaway it has been for the Christmas holidays🔥.
